We set you up with temporary employment to get some immediate cash in your pocket.

You attend twice weekly MRT group sessions in the evenings while you work days on temporary assignments.

You attend a one time 4 day job readiness class. (Tues - Fri, 1:00 - 5:00 pm)

When you complete Step 3 of MRT (about 2.5 weeks), you move to our permanent employment placement program.

Our Marketer "sells" you to potential employers and helps arrange interviews in jobs paying a minimum of $9/hr. plus health benefits.

You continue through MRT's 12 Steps to learn more about yourself, build good relationships, and set and achieve longterm goals. When finished, you graduate from the MRT program and then join the Alumni Club for added support.
